Shipping & Delivery Information
How much will it cost to ship my plant?
We currently offer USPS, UPS, and FEDEX ground and next day shipping methods. Shipping charges are based on the ship-to location and shipping option selected. All shipping charges are quoted before payment information is submitted for orders.
When will my plant be delivered?
Delivery dates are based on the shipping method chosen. Estimated transit times can change due to location, carrier, or weather delays.
- Regular Transit: 3-7 Business Days
- Priority Mail: 3-5 Business Days
- 3-Day Air: 3 Business Days
- 2-Day Air: 2 Business Days
- Next Day Air: 1 Business Day

Do I (or the recipient) need to be home for the delivery?
There is no need at all. If you placed a large order, it might be preferable but, still not necessary.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to customers in the continental United States.
Will you ship to a Post Office Box?
We certainly can ship to P.O. Boxes.
Any Post Office Box using USPS Priority Mail. Please note that due to the size of these gifts, you can pick up these gifts at your assigned post office.
How will I know if my gift has shipped?
You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
No. Due to shipping rules to certain states, Hahira Nursery can not ship products to California, Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please check out our hardiness zone map to find the best plant and zone for your location.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please contact our Customer Service team to resolve this.
Can I return my plant?
Due to most of our products being perishable, stock cannot be returned without authorization. Once a plant has been removed from its original container, or has been planted, it cannot be returned.
Keep in mind that buyers are responsible for shipping and processing charges. By purchasing nursery stock, customers accept Hahira Nursery’s terms and conditions of sale, constituting the entire agreement.
Note: Once trees and plants are approved for return, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. These plants must be returned in live condition within 5 days of receipt, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact the Customer Service team. We would be happy to assist with an exchange or return of your order. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. For assistance, please call/email – we will get back to you within 48 hours if contact is made on a weekday, M-F, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST.
What if I receive the wrong items?
If you feel that you have received the wrong or incomplete order, please contact Customer Service within 72 hours of delivery to discuss your options.
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options including:

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon placement of your order.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will be added to your order. The sales tax amount is based on the shipping address and will be added to your order before checkout.
