Refund and Returns Policy
Hahira Nursery takes pride in growing high-quality plants and shipping on time. We understand that mistakes do happen and sometimes items get damaged in shipping. We will do our best to ensure your order is shipped quickly and the items you purchased are fresh and healthy.
We do not accept returns of perishable items without prior authorization.
Hahira Nursery takes pride in growing high-quality plants and shipping them on time to our customers. We only accept returns with prior authorization on items that are damaged or defective. The customer will receive a full refund minus a 25% restocking fee.
These plants must be returned in live condition within 5 days of receipt, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase.
Canceling An Order
Customers may request the cancellation of their order by emailing us at email@example.com. Cancellation only applies to orders that have not been fully processed or shipped.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
