Q: When will my order ship?

A: Most orders are shipped from our Hahira nursery within 2-4 business days of your order. Shipping times will depend on your specific location, but we will attempt to get the order to you quickly.

Q: What are my payment options?

A: During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.

Q: When will my card be charged?

A: Your credit card will be charged upon placement of your order.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?

A: Sales tax will be added to your order. The sales tax amount is based on the shipping address and will be added to your order before checkout.

Q: How do you ship my order?

A: We ship your plants in cardboard boxes with saranwrap around the buckets. We also secure plants from being crushed with a piece of bamboo so it arrives at your door ready to be planted.

Q: Can I delay the shipping of my order?

A: Yes, you are able to choose the shipping date of your order.

Q: Is there a return fee?

A: Yes, there is a 25% restocking fee based on the contents of your order. The customer pays for shipping as well.

Q: Do you have a plant catalog?

A: No, we do not have a catalog. To view all of our available plants, click here.

Q: I received the wrong item/my items were damaged upon arrival, what do I do now?

A: Please email our customer service contact with pictures and your order number.

Q: Do you have a plant that I can’t kill?

A: No, every plant can die if not cared for properly. If you follow the How to Care for Your Plant guide (also included in your shipment) you should be able to have a healthy and happy plant.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR PLANT GUIDE

Q: What do I do when I receive my shipment?

A:  First, immediately remove your plant(s) from the shipping box and remove all wrapping material. We recommend you transfer your plant to its permanent location and water thoroughly for best results.  See our Plant Guide above for more information.

Q: Do you ship to all 50 states?

A: No. Due to shipping rules to certain states,  Hahira Nursery can not ship products to California, Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please check out our hardiness zone map to find the best plant and zone for your location.

Q: Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

A:  Yes, we can provide wholesale prices and bulk discounts.  Please contact us directly to enquire about these options.
